What is AVVA?+
AVVA — Ambassadors With Aloha — is a Hawai‘i-born active surf wear brand. We design boardshorts, tees, hoodies, headwear and outerwear rooted in surf, influenced by the streets, and produced with aloha.
Where is AVVA based and where do you ship from?+
AVVA is surfer-owned and surfer-operated, headquartered in Hawai‘i and shipped from the islands. We ship across the United States and internationally.
What kind of clothing does AVVA make?+
Active surf wear and lifestyle apparel: boardshorts and walk shorts, tees and tanks, crewnecks, hoodies and outerwear, plus trucker caps and beanies. Built for the lineup, the beach and the streets.
Are AVVA boardshorts good for surfing?+
Yes. AVVA boardshorts are designed and tested by surfers in Hawaiian waters — fast-drying fabrics, secure closures and cuts that move with you in the lineup.
How do AVVA fits run?+
Most AVVA pieces run true to size with a slightly relaxed surf-streetwear fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser drape, size up.
What is your shipping and returns policy?+
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags.
